Who should come to Pacific? I got the answer to this question while talking with a friend today, he said, "Anyone who is looking for relationships or connection." If you serve in a small church or community then this will be a great event to meet other youth leaders from around the region. Eventually these connections can turn into a partnership, or better yet, a friendship. If you serve in a metro area or a large church, you can still at times feel isolated. Coming to Pacific can help you get out of your comfort zone and meet others who share the same passions as you. We really do desire this conference to be a time when youth leaders can meet and make some new friends. Another reason we are putting Pacific together is so you can have a training opportunity for your staff and volunteers. I know taking my entire team to So. California, Dallas or Atlanta is not possible. So, we are attempting to bring in the best local leaders all together for one event. With speakers like Bob Goff, Chap Clark, and Richard Dahlstrom, our lives and ministries will be encouraged. Additionally, with speakers like Lars Rood, Jevon Washington, Leah Swindon, Dwight Friesen, Morgan Schmidt, Mike Langford and Joseph Ziefle, we will be receiving some practical ideas and tools to take home with us.
